MEET TAHIRA
"To Hear Her Productions was created by Tahira Robinson. The company's name is a play off my name Tahira which means pure. I wanted to create a production company with pure intentions of providing a safe space where a woman's story can be told. As a full figured woman I wasn't seeing us being portrayed in a light that was befitting and initially was going to use my comedic stage name BigSexyDiqa as the production company name but as I began the process and performed in more films I realized that this industry needed to see more perspectives about ALL women. HERtruth, HERlies, HERpain, HERlove, HERstrength, HERendurance, etc. I began my journey in my later years but I am a true believer that when it's your time, it's your time. In just 2 years I have been in several films to include being one of the producers of My Private Line to God and creating To Hear Her Productions. I believe it was in fact my private line to God that all of this is happening. I am blessed for the opportunities and friendships formed during this journey. I look forward to continuing my path in this industry with producing films that bring joy, laughter, and purpose."
